Thanks to all those vendors who supplied merchandise for the auction and everyone who purchased online items and attended the party night. Special thanks to Manfred Kihn and the band “Better Under Fire” for the Saturday entertainment and the Toronto Services Pipe Band for playing. Our sincere appreciation for the Ladders Up committee  of Mark Prendergast (M&L Supply) Kip Cosgrove (VFIS), Laura King (Firefighting in Canada), Catherine Connolly (Annex Publishing), Michelle OHara (OAFC), and David Sheen (CFFF) for their contribution to the Foundation and the Canadian fire service.

The Foundation would like to thank the Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs for sponsoring our booth at the trade show and making the Ladders Up event an official part of their convention weekend. Thanks to everyone who dropped by our booth at the trade show and visited Directors, Sheen, Clare, Stewart and Ambassador Pape.

CFFF President Robert Kirkpatrick and Ontario Fire marshal Ross Nichols spoke at the OAFC Memorial Service on Sunday night. The OFM&OEM are the honorary hosts this year in Ottawa as they celebrate their 100th Anniversary.
