CFFF Attended CAFC 2015 in Victoria, BC

The CFFF attended the CAFC 2015 Conference held in Victoria, BC in September. CFFF 1st Vice President Doug Wylie and Director Wayne Jasper manned the booth with the help of director David Sheen who was in attendance at the conference.  It was a pleasure sharing information about the CFFF with Fire Officers from across Canada and nice to see Past-Director Serge Tremblay, Retired City of Montreal Fire Chief.  During the trade show portion of the conference, the CFFF was very proud to present to Courtney Hill, daughter of fallen firefighter Dave Hill from CFB Esquimalt the Doug Lock Memorial Scholarship for 2015.  We were honoured to have Courtney spend some time with us at the booth. It was very heartwarming for many in attendance to meet Courtney as she was able to express how important their support of the CFFF can be in helping the families of the fallen.
