On May 5, 2014 Jack Astor’s at Yonge and Bloor Streets in downtown Toronto hosted its 5th annual Bar Flair Competition with proceeds this year going to the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

The restaurant and staff were festively decorated and dressed for this special event!   Five teams competed for the first place prize and the title of Best Flair Team.
Staff was joined by a few firefighters who assisted with auctioning off some really great prizes and posed for numerous pictures with staff and guests.

The event raised close to $7000 for the Foundation. Special thanks to General Manager Martin Mazur and Kitchen Manager Kristen Saburn who organized the event.

CFFF President Robert Kirkpatrick recently dropped by to thank staff and accept the donation.
