Family Memories
Charlie Brown was one of the few firefighters that needed no other nickname. He enjoyed 33 years as a proud and dedicated Firefighter and made many life-long friendships along the way. Charlie was quiet, thoughtful and kind and was always quick to lend a hand. He enjoyed the camaraderie of the Fire Department as they each helped with their colleagues’ projects and undertakings, enjoyed outings and get togethers. Charlie loved anything car related. He loved driving and racing them, building and fixing them. His garage was always open.
Most of all, Charlie was happiest spending time with his family: his wife, two daughters and sons-in-law, four treasured grandsons and other family members. He loved animals and nature, his gardens and travelling. His love, kindness and guidance, whit and humour is sorely missed. He will live on in our hearts forever.
