Story

Joseph joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1968 as an Aircraft Handling Mate also commonly referred to as Air Boatswain. He went through unification and attained the rank of Chief Petty Officer First Class in what was then the Military Fire Fighter occupation. After retiring from a full career with the military, Joe took on the position as Fire Chief in Kirkland Lake ON.
