Story

Captain Bowman was a dedicated husband and father, and an exemplary firefighter. Captain Bowman led a life defined by loyalty, leading by example. He was the type of Captain to join in washing the truck, always working alongside his crew. A commitment to helping others, reflected in his calling to the fire service. He had a way of making people seen and cared for every where he went. You always felt safe and at peace in his mere presence. Even in his passing, Captain Bowman continued this legacy, he spent his last days calling politicians, successfully creating lasting legislative changes to protect his brother and sister firefighters battling cancer, and their families, for years to come.
