Story

Memorial Note: Heather Lynn (MacNeill) Horne

Heather was born in Scarborough, Ontario on April 17, 1972 but spent the majority of her life in PEI. She was a devoted Daughter, Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt and friend. She believed that people could do whatever they dedicated their hearts and minds to and had a deep passion to help others in any capacity she could. Heather spent time as an RN, first aid instructor, Volunteer Firefighter, and an Instructor at the PEI Fire school where she progressed to Deputy Chief at the time of her passing. She is dearly missed by her family, friends, community and all that knew her.
